How do I log out?

To log out, please tap on the three small empty circles at the bottom of your screen on the right, and then proceed to the section ‘Settings’ where you will find ‘LOG OUT’, which you can then press on to log yourself out.

How often is content added to the THIRD EAR library?

-The first version of THIRD EAR offers over 100 meditations and though that should be more than enough for several lifetimes worth of enlightenment, new content will be added regularly. How regulary? Several times a year!

What is included without subscription/membership ?

Approximately 10-15% of the whole content is made available to users are on the app for free. This means there is enough to get by, with meditations from every category, including the first path of ‘The Wheel’, but you cannot use it without an access to internet and there is a cool down time period after playing 2 tracks. You can always try the subscription for a month and then cancel if you don’t think you need all the content.

How do I purchase a subscription/membership ?

Which platform can I use to access THIRD EAR? What device requirements are there?

THIRD EAR is available on iPhones (4 and upwards), iPods, iPads, and on web-browsers from PCs and phones.

How do I get the new version of third ear ?

How do I connect third ear to Apple health ?

How do I update my account details ?

To update your account details, please tap on the three small empty circles at the bottom of your screen on the right, and then proceed to the section ‘Settings’ where you will find the fields containing your info, which you can then change whenever you need to.

My session is freezing and won't download. What can I do?

Check that your internet connexion (3G or 4G or 5G or WiFi) is working (check the signal and try to use something else that equally requires an internet connexion.
If nothing’s wrong there, please try to quit the app (double click on the home button of your iPhone and then swipe up the app ‘THIRD EAR’ to quit and then launch it again.
If the issue still isn’t solved, reboot your iPhone and launch the app again

Can I skip days or paths in 'the wheel’?

How many times or how long should I use the app for?

Well, that entirely depends on you, your life and how you generally feel. Remember this app is there for us to start realising that a lot of our questions can and often should be answered by….

Second-hand is often comforting, and also the norm in our society. But that will hopefully change.
